		<description>It should be mentioned to check the cylinder surface near the end-cap for pitting. This can be caused by water in the hydraulic fluid as it will tend to accumulate there. Prudent use of very fine emory or crocous cloth has been suggested to resolve any leakage. But use with caution; removal of more than a few thousanths may defeat the O-ring seal. Check with Swift Association archives on web for info.</description>
